Our Project Capability
Four Strategic Actions.
01
Distressed Mine Assets
Over 30% of mines in West Africa are operating below production capacity. EGNR’s AI-powered assessment team identifies acquisition targets, using geospatial analysis and economic modelling to evaluate viability. Target IRR: 25% within 5 years post-acquisition.
02
Tailings & Green Remediation Extraction
3 billion tons of tailings are produced globally each year containing harmful chemicals and residual value. EGNR invests in proprietary, chemical-free extraction technology to recover residual gold from tailings while remediating environmental liabilities.
03
New & Undeveloped Concessions
Strategic alliances with local governments to secure mining rights to undeveloped gold and critical mineral reserves. Phased exploration using state-of-the-art geological and remote sensing technology
04
Artisanal Site Development & Support
Artisanal and small-scale gold mining supports ~20 million workers worldwide. EGNR establishes training centres, connects equipment providers, and ensures ethical sourcing, fair labour practices, and compliance across artisanal operations.
