Opened and managed the Goldman Sachs Asia office based in Hong Kong, was the head of Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs Japan, and Executive Director at Goldman Sachs in London. His experience ranges across capital markets, equity fundraising, cross-border mergers & acquisitions, project finance, real estate, precious metals, asset management, and wealth advisory. He has special experience in guiding start up and emerging companies through to an exit, be it trade, sale, or IPO.
Brian Shea
CEO of Evrensel Global Water Solutions
An entrepreneur, focusing on global water projects since 2022, he has served as the Founder and CEO of Collaborate Water, successfully launching projects with Anglian Water (UK), NSVA (Sweden), and the Saudi Water Authority, among others where he developed intellectual property for an AI/ML platform.
Brian’s corporate leadership experience includes Managing Director for the UK and Europe at Qualitest Group Ltd., Brian held multiple executive roles within the Capgemini Group, including CEO of Sogeti UK, Corporate Vice President, and Global Head of Test and QA.
Lloyd Le Page

Lloyd Le Page is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of expertise in international business investment and development, specializing in agriculture, food systems, sustainability, tourism, and global trade. He has held key leadership roles at DuPont Pioneer, served as the inaugural CEO of the CGIAR Consortium, and advised on agriculture and food investments with the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change. Lloyd has founded ventures like Heartland Global, Rift Valley Traders, and Verdant Impact Partners. He serves on several business and fund advisory boards, consulting with businesses, development partners, and organizations such as the IFC to drive impactful investments.
John Mansfield

John has served as an outside Director and Audit Committee Chairman for several public Companies in healthcare, advanced technology, insurance and Greentech over the past 27 years. John graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, Canada with a Bachelor of Arts Degree (economics). He lives near New Orleans, Louisiana
Derrick Emeka Randall
Chief Commercial Officer
A seasoned senior marketing & commercial executive who has worked extensively with well-known brands across the world. Including TDK, T-Mobile, Michelin, Barclays, Frost & Sullivan to name a few. Derrick was also Chief Marketing Officer and Commercial Director for Digicel in the Caribbean and during this time successfully took Digicel to market leader in Barbados against the well-established incumbent Cable & Wireless. He has travelled extensively across Sub-Saharan Africa and in addition to his work on projects in Africa, he is also involved in a variety of educational activities for the benefit of children. In recent years, Derrick has shifted his focus to Environmental, Social & Governance(ESG) initiatives, particularly in water projects, renewable energy, and sustainable agriculture. Derrick has also held advisory and non-executive director roles. Holding a BA in International Relations from Keele University and an MBA from the University of Sheffield, Derrick currently resides in London, continuing his mission to drive sustainable and impactful business solutions. He has also recently added writing children’s novels to his growinglist of activities.

Steve Cunningham
General Counsel & International Lawyer
Steve is an accomplished corporate attorney. He has concentrated his 40-year law practice on mergers & acquisitions, securities law, international transactions, and public and private debt and equity financings. Steve has been integrally involved in more than 200 debt and equity offerings and acquisitions, public and private, with aggregate proceeds well in excess of $1 billion. His broad international experience includes transactions involving companies and projects in more than 40 countries in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, South America, Central America, North America, the Caribbean Basin, and the Indian subcontinent. His clients have included businesses in many industries, including waste management, entertainment, commercial real estate, finance, technology, energy, marine salvage, mining, utilities, and health care. Steve has served as a partner at globally recognized law firms in Atlanta, Georgia. He has also served as General Counsel and Secretary for three public companies. He is a member of Mensa International, the oldest and largest high-IQ society in the world and graduated with honours from Harvard Law School and with highest honours from the University of Alabama. He currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
